Very helpful and friendly staff, 50% discount on first eight weeks of storage use, close proximity of site to my home address, security of the facility and the access and egress procedure that is linked to their security system.

Fantastic service helpful from the moment I walked in. Showed me around explained the process, and even gave us a coffee as we were unloading. A+++++, sorry I cant remember the ladys name. However I arrived at approx 1pm on 26th April , however i did deal with both people who were there at the time.

we wern't told about the additional deposit just thought it was 1month in advance so we have been left short by £50 this week plus another £13 for a padlock which we wern't told about which isn't ideal during the school holidays. Also wern't told about insurance either
