Very easy and straightforward. Called after online quote whereas competitor did not. Having to attend in person a slight inconvenience - only real downside but appreciate may not be a way around it.

Generally very good: too much - somewhat aggressive stance - on the contract and collecting fees. I also feel there should be better options on insurance. What is being stored is often surplus: it can be "obsolete and thus a value is very subjective. I have little faith in how the system would work in reality and it is costly for the first £2000.
The initial enquiry was handled quickly and in an efficient manner. The process was done online which was quick and easy to do and removed a lot of paperwork needing to be done on the day we moved into the storage area.
