Great people and great service.... very helpful. Both the guy arranging our booking (Jeff) and the guy who actually checked us in and showed us round were great.

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff, very clean secure facilities, reasonable prices for storage, good access to rooms within the building.

The team in the Chester Branch were very helpful with every aspect, from the initial enquiry right through to the day of moving my items into the storage unit. Lauren and Jeff were friendly with all enquiries about the size of unit I would need based on previous customers needs. They showed me around the facility, detailing where I could find the trolleys and how to operate the lifts safely.
