All staff were helpful and knowledgable. My only complaint regards the onerous and long winded initial check in procedure which took 45 mins - even though I (like everyone else presumably) didn’t have half a day to read and digest the extremely lengthy contract terms. And I had already supplied the details before arriving to check in! I have never had to provide so many initials and signatures, even when buying or selling a business. Then I unexpectedly had to but dust sheets...... Anyway, all’s well that ends well - and the staff and facilities are really excellent.

Very Easy process

My initial query was dealt with by Yaya and Amy, both of which were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Which gave me the confidence to use Big Yellow Storage instead of other options. After the initial query I dealt with Amy mainly and she was really helpful. She made the experience of choosing the right room and checking in very easy. From my experience to date the team you have on site at Chiswick are a credit to your company. I don’t believe I would have use your facilities if it wasn’t for them. Amy was brilliant from start to finish, as was Yaya. Great experience.

Amy and Humma made the check in process very easy. From initial enquiry (Amy & Humma) through to pre-arrival telephone call (Amy) to guide me through online check-in through to physical check-in at the premises (Amy). Excellent

Everything was quite straight forward but having to do the check in prior to the start date due to requesting a business invoice was a bit of an inconvenience. Nevertheless the experience at the site was great and very clear of the process. thanks
