Excellent process, useful follow ups too. It does brush over the insurance cost, that is the only negative point I would raise. Should be more upfront with the cost.

Hello, I can say that my experience both initially and moving into my area was stressful free due to the staff in Chiswick both the reception lady and YAYA who looked after me. YAYA has been most helpful at all stages from my initial enquiry and moving into my space. I am sure he will continue to help me if I need support.
