My initial query was dealt with by Yaya and Amy, both of which were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Which gave me the confidence to use Big Yellow Storage instead of other options. After the initial query I dealt with Amy mainly and she was really helpful. She made the experience of choosing the right room and checking in very easy. From my experience to date the team you have on site at Chiswick are a credit to your company. I don’t believe I would have use your facilities if it wasn’t for them. Amy was brilliant from start to finish, as was Yaya. Great experience.

Amy and Humma made the check in process very easy. From initial enquiry (Amy & Humma) through to pre-arrival telephone call (Amy) to guide me through online check-in through to physical check-in at the premises (Amy). Excellent

Everything was quite straight forward but having to do the check in prior to the start date due to requesting a business invoice was a bit of an inconvenience. Nevertheless the experience at the site was great and very clear of the process. thanks

We were expecting a shipment from Paris on the 21 July. Unhelpfully the shipment arrived 4 days early on 17 July. Your team were exceptionally helpful in reorganising the paperwork. Special mention must go to Yahya Mohammad, the manager on duty, who used his initiative to assist the delivery driver and ourselves. He made sure we were able to complete check swiftly.

Val from the Chiswick store explained the whole process to me clearly as I had never used storage before and sorted a great deal out for me. I found it very easy to book storage space and also was very appreciative that I was able to push back my booking a few times as I hadn't had a confirmed move date. Amy was also helpful when needing to push my booking back and explaining how to use the storage space and also answering my queries about the online check in process.
