Very helpful, professional and friendly

Very easy procedure to follow, both for check-in and check-out. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The removals company (Fat Cat Removals), they recommend/refer to was also exceptional.

We had a brilliant experience when we had our check-in at Big Yellow in Colchester. Lisa, who helped us with the whole process, was lovely, friendly, helpful and was very knowledgeable. She made the whole process a breeze and we walked away thoroughly impressed with the service we had received! We left feeling like everything was sorted and had no worries at all. Thank you to Big Yellow and thank you to Lisa!
