Have had fantastic experience overall with Big Yellow in Colchester. We’ve have had a unit with them for over a year and the customer service has been spectacular. MASSIVE thank you to Sammy, Lisa, and Max for their care and attention to anything we have ever needed! For anyone thinking of securing a unit with the Colchester branch, the process of checking in to the unit itself has always been smooth, and the choice and variety of transportation for large items has been fantastic. Have never had ANY issues and, as I mentioned before, the staff there have always been lovely and friendly! Thank you!

I can't thank your staff Max, Sammy and today Lisa enough for my experience. I chose your storage after contacting a couple of companies. From the outset Sammy phoned me at home (whilst I was eating) she offered to phone me back which I thought very understanding. That in itself sold your company to me there and then. I had to use the storage as my home got flooded and at the outset Max and Sammy couldn't be more understanding of my situation. Then coming to your unit for the paperwork etc the following day with my daughter and her girls, everything was explained so well even (my old brain) understood. A lovely gesture too Sammy giving the grandchildren colouring to keep them occupied. They explained about the codes etc to get in and out how I had to make sure I entered codes at the end of each visit to save security coming out. Then when I contacted to end my time with you again very helpful. I emptied the storage today and again the girls so helpful even to my bonus of explaining the money that I had coming back to me. Thankyou so much from the bottom of my heart. You should be very proud to employ such good staff. Thankyou again. Debbie
