Service from all members of staff was first class

Very helpful, friendly call centre staff and relatively easy website. Once explained, the check-in process was also easy and saved time later on.

Processes was clear but signing in to website was v poor. You cannot cut Andrew paste in to log in fields and wouldn't recognise passwords, sadly one of the worsed for login to any account I've come across.

Deal with quickly and efficiently. Very professional and stress free
