Really great service from Max today. I took out a unit as a walk-in and Max took me through everything including seeing the unit itself before buying. Would highly recommend.
This was my first time using a self storage company and I'm so very pleased and grateful that Big Yellow Self Storage was recommended to me. Sammy and the rest of the Colchester team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Extremely friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional, nothing was too much trouble for the team. The storage facility is in a very convenient location with ample parking and loading facilities, and great hours for accessibility. Communication and customer service was absolutely first rate. A range of very competitively priced storage options are available. It was an absolute pleasure to be a customer of this service in Colchester and I cannot recommend this facility and the team highly enough. Was friendly and welcoming from the start, everything was explained clearly and was emailed all that was said to ensure I could go over anything that I might not have heard. The building is hygienic and efficient and security was top effort. I highly recommend big yellow. They helped keep my peace of mind while I was waiting to move home especially on a budget.
Used the storage units in Colchester several time, always very polite and professional and we would use them again. But one thing I will say is read the paperwork as we lost our deposit the first time due to not giving enough notice….
