Sammy was great, she was very friendly, professional and efficient. I didn’t realise that an upfront payment for the first period of storage time was required and that wasn’t made obvious in the information given in the quote before I arrived onsite. Insurance was taken for granted, I’m not sure why insurance for my own goods is required and would have asked this but Sammy was so efficient that it was all over before it began. :) I had to ask for a receipt for all of the items and services that I paid for at the visit, which i think should have been offered or automatically sent to my email rather than me asking for it. Overall i am happy with the experience, i just would have liked the extra costs to be a little more obvious and clear from the beginning.

When I popped in to enquire about storage Sammy was super friendly and helpful and put my mind at ease. She showed me a larger storage area no problems and she fulfilled her role to the max. Thank you. George assisted us with purchasing boxes and other items and again couldn't do enough to help and also felt he knew his stock very well. George booked us in and explained all really well and the process went smoothly. Thank you George. Half price storage for eight weeks and also a good price for our storage space made Big Yellow the obvious choice. Our moving in day was made even more at ease with a friendly welcome from Sammy and George. Any problems or queries are quickly solved with assistance from both.

Everything went smoothly and efficiently, and in a friendly and helpful manner. I interacted face to face and by phone with front-desk staff at the store, and with someone at HQ on the phone.
