The person who served us was excellent, really helped us and changed the room when it was clear it wasn't suitable for our needs, however as she was on her own it took a while to sort out as she had to help various people at once.

When we entered the reception we were welcomed immediately and offered a cup of coffee, we were taken to our storage space and everything was explained clearly we had to wait in reception for a couple of hours while waiting for the removal van to arrive and George and Dave made us feel extremely comfortable thank you very much and we will definitely use you again and recommend you to family and friends.
