Sammy was excellent her communication skills was 10 out of 10 plus she really new her job also she made you feel you were special not just any customer full marks well done also the other guys that worked in the store were top draw material you really have got it write

The Staff at Big Yellow at Colchester Branch, are friendly, polite very helpful and very easy to speak to. I believe the lady I dealt with was Emma..and she was an absolute start after going through the sizeings and that I needed extra storage, because I was worried about the removals fitting. She reassured me and helped hugely with letting me know my options. I would be happy to use Clochester Big Yellow agian
