Have recently rented a small room at Colchester. Access is easy via code, the hours are generous and the staff helpful. The store entry was a little confusing from the roundabout and no help to Sat. Nav. There should be a sign on the roundabout. Apart from this all is good.
This is the first time I have used self storage. The whole experience was stress free and corresponded exactly to my needs.
After watching Watchdog on the 15th March, it is a bit worrying that this can happen, hopefully it will not happen to me.
Overview I've been super impressed. Firstly, after starting to book a room on line I stopped as I was unsure of a few details. Within 15 mins of logging off I had a unprompted call from the store to ask why I had stopped and if they could help! Very impressive and proactive. On arrival the gentlmen who booked me in (sorry, forgotton his name....), was informative, professional and generally excellent at explaining all the details I required and very personably. I also had a call before I arrived to ensure no details had changed. Overall I've been very very impressed. The only small negative would be the continued email reminders to register on line with, which continued after I had finished this. Maybe a simple ''Complete' button on the web site could then stop these emails.
Very friendly and helpful staff, easy access to your yellow box. Made it very easy for us. Ive never used them before but would recommend them and use them again. However I do wish the toilets were accecible out of hours as it gets very cold and would be useful.

We visited the location before deciding to use this company. The staff were efficient and helpful and explained the procedure clearly. The email follow up was clear. We also found the location to be very convenient and the rates competitive.
the two staff on duty at the store when we called to view before deciding to use the big yellow box were extremely polite and helpful.i would have no hesitation in recommending the big yellow box to anyone as they explained everything to us in detail. full marks to you both especially roger who did all the paper work.
