I’ve never used self storage before and was a bit anxious the whole process, especially since my moved was happening very quickly and needed something fast. The entire process, from enquiry to checking in was smooth and easy. The customer service from the Team at Croydon Big Yellow Self Storage was outstanding. Mark checked me in and took the pain out of the paperwork. He was patient and took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. He couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. Thank you so much for a great experience!
