Big thank you to Mark, this is the second time I’ve come in to set up a storage unit and he’s always friendly, approachable and very informative. Whenever I come to my unit he always says hello and is happy to have a friendly conversation. I know if I needed any help he would try his hardest to do what he can. Always a great experience/interaction with him.

The best storage unit in South London, the staff are always happy and Mark who was always supportive and even when I asked a million and one questions he didn’t show any frustration but happily answered and made me feel at ease, he even made closing the account quick and simple. Paula is super friendly and welcoming and has the most welcoming personality. I’ve been to a different storage before and they was more focused on getting me in and out but this storage unit and staff was AMAZING. The place is so clean and I like how secure it is. 🤗

Mark and Paula were fantastic!!!..Spent the whole day clearing out and downsizing and they both made our huge.task that much more smaller and less stressful. Extremely grateful for all their help.
