Today, it’s our first time to take a look at what self-storage service we could make good use of. We surfed on net and shortlisted 3 out of that many providers in the area. We got response from Mark almost immediately after we left message for initial enquiry. Note: it’s Sunday! So amazing… Upon arrival, a man of sweet smile and warmest regard came out to welcome us and introduced to us everything in details about the services and took us around those available storage rooms of different sizes upstairs as well as on ground floor until one that would fit our needs… Not only about room sizes, prices and date/time moving things in/out are also flexible and of course fit our needs and expectations. So happy to have met Mark at Big Yellow Self Storage Croydon. Gary

I was very happy with the staff at Thornton road storage site Management team Paula & Katharine were on hand via email or phone call. Both answered my questions and offered solutions for my storage.

Big thank you to Mark, this is the second time I’ve come in to set up a storage unit and he’s always friendly, approachable and very informative. Whenever I come to my unit he always says hello and is happy to have a friendly conversation. I know if I needed any help he would try his hardest to do what he can.
