We received an excellent customer care from the team at thornton branch CR7. The gentleman who assisted us, Ray was his name if I can remember it correctly. He was very courteous and and made our move less stressful and supported us all the way through. He even managed to beat match other prices given to us by your competitors locally. We would be very happy to recommend big yellow storage if all the staff are as dedicated as Ray. He is an asset to your team. Thanks. A Haile

Every member of staff I spoke to from the general customer service to the ones at Croydon branch . Shane from Croydon was especially helpful , great demeanour and explained everything clearly .

I went to Shurguard to check out its premises and to buy the starter pack. Their staff were courteous and friendly, the first month offer was great, but there was a bad smell in the storage area. I decided to check out Big Yellow. Staff were very courteous, friendly and happy to take me around the storage area and how to use it. Asked me about removal services, reminded me about the discount on packing items.

The initial enquiry was great and when I went into the Croydon Office Ata was very helpful and I received excellent customer service from her

I was served by Shane and Ata (?) Both were professional and courteous throughout. When I required an additional service, they were happy to oblige. I would definitely recommend Big Yellow in Croydon. The service was exceptional.
