I went to Shurguard to check out its premises and to buy the starter pack. Their staff were courteous and friendly, the first month offer was great, but there was a bad smell in the storage area. I decided to check out Big Yellow. Staff were very courteous, friendly and happy to take me around the storage area and how to use it. Asked me about removal services, reminded me about the discount on packing items.

I was served by Shane and Ata (?) Both were professional and courteous throughout. When I required an additional service, they were happy to oblige. I would definitely recommend Big Yellow in Croydon. The service was exceptional.

Ed Prince of CSC dealt with the initial enquiry from my friend based in Austria. He dealt with setting everything up for storage in Croydon and for me to deal with Dan Brambling-Wells in Canterbury to sign all the paperwork etc. Both Ed and Dan were extremely helpful and everything went incredibly smoothly.
