Whilst deliberating between Big Yellow and Shurguard I received a call from Ryan straight after submitting my quotation request and I must say his excellent customer service and knowledge of the services offered definitely swayed my decision to store my items with you (the speed of contact also made a huge difference). He talked me through everything I had concerns over and emailed a detailed breakdown of my quotation then followed up to check I was happy with everything. When checking in; Ryan and Netta in reception were absolutely fantastic. What a friendly and professional experience! Not something I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing in other storage facilities. These two are a great representation of your company! I’ve visited a couple other Big Yellow’s in the past and Ryan and Netta really go over and above to ensure customer satisfaction.
