The staff who deal with us was so friendly took is time to explain everything to us

Everything was very organised and easy to understand since the moment I arrived. This was all perhaps due to the great assistance from the last at the Recepetion, Netta who guided me through the process perfectly and even though I was in a very big rush Netta ensured everything was done was quickly as possible and remained super chilled even though I was not!!!
