The service was excellent the lafy was so efficient as I told her that I am in a rush so she processed everything as quick as possible by the time she finished I was very impressed she was so friendly and charming ace customer service she provided us.

Great customer service from Tom and Nick searching for nearby quotes to keep the cost down - quick and easy check-in, all well so far. Not 10 points as I'm a little worried about clothes moths - one flew onto my jacket when we arrived, but it seemed there was no awareness there of clothes moths and the dangers they pose on fabrics. There should be some sort of preventative measure, even if it's just traps.

Customer service: Definitely 5Stars. Very helpful and straightforward. I had only one issue: Padlock cost. I know that this is your way for upsell (like boxes etc), but £13 is way too much compare to quality of this padlock. It's not looking cheap...but definitely it's not looking very safely.
