Very positive.

I am completely satisfied with the service. The move was quick, and the staff at hand to give advice. There was not rush, but we attend at a particularly busy time, so the trollies were in use. This was good because I met a friend I hadn't see for a while and we had a chat.

your member of staff (Micheal) is a asset to your company as he was extemely helpfull, freindly, eloqent and knowledgable and made the whole experience very easy and left me feeling that my stuff was safe and looked after which means I will be able to go away without worrying about it.
