when customers finish their online inventory list. your system should calculates the total amount for each category (ex: Jewellery, Clothes, etc. ) automatically before customers arrive. furthermore, should tell the customers the limitation amount of compensation for each category before they call the moving company. this time, the driver from moving company was waiting for my inventory list check around 1 hour. then moved the items to the storage room. I paid the extra money for the extra hour. a little bit unhappy about that.

I had to move my home contents into storage in between house moves and contacted Big Yellow at short notice. They provided me with the space I needed at a competitive cost and though I was running late on the day, the staff in the call centre informed the store to let them know I was on my way and I was able to move the items into storage when I needed to.

I would be most inconvenienced if my nearest BIG YELLOW storage were any further away from my home. As it is only a 5min. walk and I have no car I can access the items I have stored whenever I need to . When transport is necessary of course I can engage someone to help.I am so glad to have dicovered you!

This was the first time I had used Big Yellow Self Storage. The booking service was excellent and everything was fully explained, in an easy to understand manner. On the day we put our items into storage (Thornton Heath, Surrey), Mike couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and courteous.

This is the third time I have had to use storage facilities due to moving homes. I have always found Yellow Box Storage to be managed in a way that ensures that I have no concerns over my belongings. The staff are approachable. On each occasion that I need storage I have looked around but always return to this company as I trust what is on offer.

The storage is quite close to where I live. The opening hours are good and the staff are very professional. I have not use a storage service before but i was well informed on how they operate.
