I have had a storage unit with this company now for nearly 2 years and am comfortable knowing that the contents are safe and secure in a clean environment. Access is easy and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
I'd never used a storage facaility before but I was delighted and releived with the quality of service, thank you :-) I've stopped using you now but I always recommend you to friends and I would use you again in the future.
to avoid repeating all the great features in regards to big yellow storage, i would specifically address the staff helpful and courteous attitude and being flexible in giving access even past their working hours on a Sunday. Well done yellow storage and highly recommended.
Day to day staff were really friendly and helpful. One day I moved a pallet (left by somebody else) that was blocking access to my room and the following day had been charged a 'pallet disposal charge' as they had claimed I dumped the pallet! Following a discussion with the front desk staff this was removed, but did rather taint the whole experience. Generally though, great service and very helpful.
