The Staff attitude is very proffenional and welcoming as well as friendlt. The Security of the place and overall presentation gives me a piece of mind knowing that my valuable and sentimental items are secure and in good hands however far away i am from them.
I arrived in a frazzled state was offered a seat and a tea. The staff were polite, helpful and explained the contract I had selected clearly, what I was not getting was also made clear. The alarm was demonstrated so I felt confident to use it. Whilst the removal men where unloading my worldly possessions I waited in the office and was made to feel comfortable and the clean space was welcoming. I was most pleasantly surprised at the quality and level of service I received
Overall it was a great experience and will definitely use the service again when required. The only problem I had was when using the post code in my sat nav it didn't take me to the correct place!
I moved in the middle of the first blizzard and when it took hours longer than it was suppoed to the staff on duty did their best to make sure that I managed to complete my day. I was a little bemused at a decision to have staff go home early on teh day when those arriving would oalmost certainly be late - nevertheless - they let me run in on foot to complete the paperwork only 10 mins before they shut so that I could unload the van I'd hired. Thanks Croydon folks!

I'm using the Big Yellow Storage in Croydon for a short term period while I am in between homes. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Great location and easy to use.
It was great and convenient and the location was great. However, the times to go was not so convenient as by the time i was able to come back from work it would be closed. I think it should be extented by an hour or two in the evening.
the staff at big yellow box i must say is well trained and very polite, the facilities are clean and after hours access is very convient to myself and many others who are unable to come during normal working hours. I would definitely store with big yellow box (croydon) and i would tell others of my experience and I would recommend this organisation to anyone thank u guys. EXCELLENT.
