I was unable to make the 6 oclock deadline to get to the store before it closed on my moving in day when I had everything loaded into the van. So I rang the store and spoke to the most helpful guy (Jamie). Thanks to him I did not have to unload again and rebook the van..... most people would have just said tough but he went out of his way to help me and it really is most appreciated. Thank you.

Good variety of spaces available. You can change storage arrangements easily. Staff are v helpful at assessing how much storage you will need based on the kind of items you are storing. Found the service very professional and friendly. Clear advice about prices and when costs were due. Would definately reccomend.
When we first used the Croydon store John ? who was then the manager and later, after John left ,Jean-Luc ? were incredibly helpful. We needed three rooms made into one,plus another room and it was all so well organised,as was managing to get us rooms together at the end of a corridor,making it so easy to sort through household effects without people trying to get past.There was a flood whilst we were away in India and the staff contacted us about checking our belongings - brilliant service and so often not found these days.We had just come back to the UK after 12 years away and had a million things to sort out.Big Yellow Croydon ticked one thing off my huge 'to do' list brilliantly.
Croydon site is great-always clean,all lights work,equipment in a right place,no damp and good ventilation,staff helpful and easy to talk to.Smart service!
I did enjoy an excellent service and would always recommend and use tis service again. The staff I great, I remeber Mike and his other colleagues,alwaays willing to help. Of course it is relatively cheap to store with you but who would want to pay for s God bless them all.
Whilst in-between moving house, I wanted to store some of my possessions. I shopped around other storage facilities, but found just what I wanted with Big Yellow. A combination of value for money, location, space and access made this the best choice! Just keep up the good work, and friendly, professional customer service!
The thing I lilke most on Big Yellow is the posibility of access out of normal working hours which made it very useful for a busy person.
The store at Thornton Heath is really handy with easy access and very frienbdly and helpful staff.
I was particular impressed when I entered the building as the door was opened and I was with a friend and we were chatting, that I forgot to log my password. When I opened the door to my storage space, the alarm automatically sounded and I believed the staff also came up to investigate. So this was reassuring to me and showed me that the security is efficient.
