Superb place to store your goods,easy access and good price.

I would definely recommend using big Yellow. I originally made an enquiry online and within minutes a member of staff called me to answer any queries that I had. This was very useful and it ensured I was booking the correct storage size for my requirements. On the day of checking in, the staff were very friendly and helpful, offering a personable service. The only downfall was the opening times, which could have been more flexible such as later opening times on certain days of the week etc...I was extremely impressed with their customer service - they are a credit to the Big Yellow organisation!!

Would recommend Big Yellow. Service received was exemplary. Try to find you the best deal and best space for your needs.

Allow time to fill out all the paperwork required and lookout for restricted opening hours at w/ends and bank holidays otherwise very good.

Staff adequate. Location convenient and appears to be reasonably secure. The size of the room I booked is simply not what I was told it would be. Ceiling is two feet lower than the 9' promised. Absolutely no explanation offered by member of staff.

Excellent service and easy to get the space that I want. Only problem I found with the store is that the lifts could do with updating. Hard to call and they do get stuck occasionally with people inside (I got stuck for 15 mins).

I like the friendly staff and the location of the store. What I appreciated was when I needed my things they were very helpful even tho I could not give them the full notice required.

Overall I was incredibly impressed with how smoothly everything ran. For me however the stand out feature was the attitude and efficency of the staff. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable and completely willing to go the extra mile. This despite the fact that I was a last minute customer renting a small space for a short period of time. I would definitely recommend big yellow and the croydon branch in particular.

Very helpful staff, good deals, very good location, ease of parking, would definitely use again.
