It was very easy, the staff were friendly and had all the answers to all my questions and queries. It was easy to book and easy to move in. And the equipment makes it all the worth while to use
Telephone staff very helpful. Amazing on site staff ' Mickie ' was great before the move but 'Henry' was a 'super hero' when are calculations where seriously wrong on moving in day! quickly finding us a larger unit and later a late night extension upgrade! Both members of staff were very nice and helpful. All information was provided Micky who served us was really nice and had great customer service skills. We definitely picked the right store. Was also offered tea by Henry and he also helped us secure our lock. Being a manger they are the kind of staff you need. ??
