Highly likely I have used Big Yellow twice now and would continue to return whenever the need arrises. Due to the impeccable customer service and the friendly staff. From the phone calls with Sam and Henry to my Move in with Claire and Mickey every point of contact was pleasant, friendly and I never felt like an inconvenience. Always welcome.

I am particularly pleased with the service generally. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and professional. Even before I had decided to use your company, from the enquiry stage, Sadie, from head office, who dealt with me initially went out of her way to get me the best possible price, and Claire whom I met when I first went to my local branch proved very helpful in securing me another section on the 2nd floor instead of the third floor for which I am extremely grateful.. Henry was very pleasant, and ensured that I was made comfortable and asked me whether I wanted a drink, and he showed he was genuinely concerned about my comfort, showed me the meeting room, instead of using the high chairs in the office. He explained everything in detail when I wanted to change my code and was a pleasure to work with. Very personable young man.
