Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Customer service was perfect. Every thing was very simply explained to me. It couldn't have been better.

Very easy very quick and very well

I was attended by Henry and he was amazing. Very polite, very kind, friendly and helped me a lot in everything. I was super stressed and sad and Henry made me feel better. All the workers should be like Henry, it was the first time I went and I will definitely recommend it.

I initially dealt with Sam (supervisor/manager) and Sam on the reception and they were both very, very helpful. Sam the supervisor went through the full procedure with me and she explained it in a way that very easy to understand. I found the whole procedure very easy and due to the professionalism of your two staff who initially dealt with me on Monday 22nd October 2018. I visited the storage unit on Wednesay 24th October to make some further enquiries and the lady who dealt with my queries on this occasion called Claire was also very, very helpful. She also is a credit to your organisation and had a very friendly helpful conversation with Claire which cleared up some concerns I had.

i went there just for a inquiry about the storage space I met with Mr Henry who give me a Great Service with alot option which make my mind up to to take storage on the spot, as i found him very Helpful person.

It was very easy, the staff were friendly and had all the answers to all my questions and queries. It was easy to book and easy to move in. And the equipment makes it all the worth while to use

Telephone staff very helpful. Amazing on site staff ' Mickie ' was great before the move but 'Henry' was a 'super hero' when are calculations where seriously wrong on moving in day! quickly finding us a larger unit and later a late night extension upgrade!
