Both members of staff were very nice and helpful. All information was provided Micky who served us was really nice and had great customer service skills. We definitely picked the right store. Was also offered tea by Henry and he also helped us secure our lock. Being a manger they are the kind of staff you need. ??

Great service but expensive!

The staff, especially Henry,at yr Dagenham storage unit were helpful. Henry was a delight to deal with. His manner was informative and courteous with a great sense of humour. It has been a pleasure dealing with Henry. He is an asset to your company.
