How rare! Later the same day I attended your premises and was met by yet another lovely human being - Steve! He was so helpful and, indeed, a really fun person to meet. What a rare experience. You certainly know how to look after your clients - because you employ the best of people.

Becky welcomed me on first contact , answered all my questions , very professional and helpful ,Steve on my second visit explained all the procedures clearly and professionally showed me round the facility and guided me effortlessly through the purchasing procedure , very impressed with staff and procedure highly recommend this company.

My husband booked storage for my daughter. He is blind and hadn't realised he needed id. Becky quickly and efficiently changed our booking to my name and made my hubby the second name. Having driven from London to move everything I was quite stressed and Becky was a star. She was friendly and efficient. Steve was also there and when the it system wasn't working properly, he helped her out so we weren't kept hanging around. Everything was made really clear to us and I would definitely use armadillo again. Certainly that branch as they were so friendly and helpful.

Enquire was good but all the business about an inventory was confusing, got there in the end
