Stephen was really friendly and easy to deal with. Everything was explained clearly and he was very attentive. Stephen also called us every couple of weeks to check in with us to see if our plans had changed which was really useful, especially when you have a house move on your mind!

The staff were excellent. Des took the initial enquiry and was very informative and professional in his 'first contact'. When I called in to confirm the contract, the manager Steve Cleaver, was outstanding. He took time to confirm my needs and requirements and then offered the appropriate, and subsequently proved to be, the correct solution. My only criticism is that of increased costs. The cost has nearly doubled since being taken over by Armadillo, which was a disappointment.
