I first obtained a quote online and was subsequently contacted by telephone to see if there was anything else they could help me with. My first contact by phone was with Becky who was extremely helpful regarding size of storage required etc., and suggested we visit the site to have a look at the facilities. When I visited, Steve was great and went through in detail all the booking procedure,s and was only too happy to show us the storage available.

Spoke initially by phone with Becky who was very helpful and gave me all the information needed at that time. She encouraged me to visit and look at the storage facilities to check they were what we were looking for.

The whole process was made very easy and I felt everything was explained thoroughly so I knew everything I needed to know. Very flexible as I had to change move in dates more than once with no problems at all.

I used the Armadillo unit in Daventry. My contact for the whole storage process was Steve and he made things clear, efficient and speedy. In these unusual times, there was no adverse impact on the service I received and the move of my household items to the storage unit was made far easier with the help I received. I would definitely recommend Armadillo in Daventry, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
