Steve and the team made it as simple as it could be - even though there were new systems in place and the guys were undergoing training. The right size storage room was identified quickly and, although I shifted the date of move in twice, everything was handled properly and the correct advice was given. At all times Steve helped me through and spent the necessary time with me to ensure all was well. He did this in a really professional and friendly manner and always greeted me with a smile and offered me a drink. Top bloke.
