I have never used this type of service before and was very anxious due to my personal circumstances at the time. Andrew was very pleasant and easy to talk to and nothing was any trouble for him. Can't praise him enough.
I initially spoke with Armadillo customer service (instead of the specific store) and had a great interaction with the staff member over the phone. The staff member was extremely helpful with answering my questions, helping me decide on the best size space, and explaining the financial costs. I was then contacted by the Dundee store manager, Richie, who was likewise helpful and polite. He double checked that everything was correct and answered my questions with ease.
Andrew was fantastic, he made the difference compared to your rivals. Perhaps the paperwork was slightly excessive though I would imagine it needs to be.

Marcus and Ritchie have been fantastic throughout the whole process. At first we didn’t know when we would need storage from, but they were so flexible and called me back 2 weeks later to check in again to see if they could help. Ritchie showed us around and various different sized rooms to help us understand what we would need. The online check in was so easy to use and when we got to the office to check in both Marcus and Ritchie were very friendly and helpful.
