Great customer service, easy to understand on my first time using storge

Initial enquiry was dealt with well. Whole procedure and costs explained. Understood my needs and recommended storage size appropriately. Dealing with Markus in Dundee has been a pleasure. Made the whole experience and move-in completely seamless at an already very stressful time.

Very polite and informative

I have had an amazing experience from the very start. I was initially looking for a price and was going to be 'looking around' for the best deal. I dealt with Markus who went out his way to hear what I was trying to do and managed to get us a discount since it was a charity setting up a toy recycle for kids at Christmas. Storage for the toys prior to the event. I cannot fault him what-so-ever, polite and courteous and nothing is too much bother for him. I paid for the staff to take toys in, this has made things so much easier for me, and I thank you for having this facility. I signed my contract with another member of staff who was equally as good. I believe she came from another office. This Toy recycle will be the 6th one and I believe it will be needed more than ever due to covid-19. The little girl who first gave me toys which turned into the toy recycle died this year in a tragic accident, she was 7 years old, this meant that I was very passionate about it continuing this year and Armadillo made this possible for me, I received a large discount which has meant that the R and R Cafe, ( a non-profit cafe) who normally hosts this event can afford to pay for the storage. I can't thank you and your staff enough. Lucille Conway.

Great team in dundee

The whole onboarding experience was excellent, the store manager in Dundee, Markus Berndl was super proactive, called me several times and emailed to confirm I had the right size of unit, was flexible related to my situation and on-site was a pleasure to work with. Before even going to Dundee I was telling my friends and family (when needed!) that my experience with Armadillo in Dundee was first rate. Truly a highly customer focused store manager. Full credit to him and the team in Dundee.
