Initial enquiry triggered a call from Andrew who has provided great customer care from start to finish. Polite and friendly resolved issue with software to giving directions to nearest shop. Andrew thank you and you're a credit to the organisation.
Web site was very informative and easy to book up. Staff follow up was appreciated.
Both Marcus and Andrew helpful and easy to deal with ,, stress free experience,, thanks
All the staff were amazing. I had looked online and it said someone would call me back next day.. a lovely man called Andrew called me straight back and put me at ease. When I turned up next day Richie Andrew and a man I didn’t get his name took me through everything. I even locked my keys in my car and they said car would be ok till I got the spare key. Highly recommend Armadillo
Ritchie handled my initial query very well, good customer service.
All staff were very approachable and helpful. They took their time taking us through the check in and explained the procedure clearly.
Great facility. Clean and tidy. Friendly and professional team on site. Easy and stress free. Thank you all.
Andrew (Dundee) was amazing and made the process so flawless
All very well handled
Communication was excellent, with the staff making a real effort to explain the space available, any constraints, and comprehensively talking through the costs and the process.
