I was contacted very quickly after my initial online enquiry and Gavin was friendly, helpful and very informative. The team kept in touch regularly and made sure I had all the information I needed without making me feel pressurised. Hayley was extremely efficient and again very friendly and welcoming on "moving in day" and explained procedures and costs clearly.
