Very friendly and supportive staff

I spoke to Gavin at the Dundee branch was extremely helpful. He gave me options of room sizes, he went through my inventory with me and was just all Roy d helpful. This was very important to me as I have been very stressed with moving house. He is an asset to your company.

GAVIN WAS EASY TO DEAL WITH AND DEALT WITH EVERYTHING IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER 10/10

After discussing my storage requirements and my proposed inventory during the initial enquiry I was recommended a storage space which, upon arrival, was patently unsuitable. This is very poor customer service as the deal agreed was based on the size of this space. This is directly related to my potential reluctance to recommend Armadillo to my friends, which is a shame as the customer care received from your Dundee Staff was excellent.
