After discussing my storage requirements and my proposed inventory during the initial enquiry I was recommended a storage space which, upon arrival, was patently unsuitable. This is very poor customer service as the deal agreed was based on the size of this space. This is directly related to my potential reluctance to recommend Armadillo to my friends, which is a shame as the customer care received from your Dundee Staff was excellent.

Easy to get a quote. Easy to keep changing dates as circumstances changed. Staff very pleasant. However, I was surprised at the length of time it took to check in after I had previously done all the online check-in stuff and visited the store to show i.d. and confirmed my own padlock was o.k. My transport company had other jobs lined up and had to unload without me there, which has now caused problems for me because of what went into storage and what I wanted at home.

Very easy compared to other storage companies. The clear and instant quote allowed me to make a decision quickly and immediately move forward with my move.

Was a pleasant experience, Angela talked me through everything on the day of storing furniture it couldn't have went any better prices are fantastic too, hence why I would highly recommend this company they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable nothing is a problem to them
