Friendly helpfully staff and and excellent storage facility

We needed storage at very short notice after an unexpectedly delay in getting our keys to our new home. From the 1st phone call to the Dundee branch, Gavin was helpful and reassuring - he helped us to arrange a large storage room and directed us with how to use the website to create our inventory etc. He reassured us not to worry and that the storage side of the situation would be straight forward - and not to worry about it! When we arrived at the branch with our entire lives in two vans following a long drive, both Gavin and Danny were friendly and inviting. They even made us a cup of coffee! They took us through the paperwork quickly and efficiently and then allowed us to start unpacking. Gavin even stayed late for us as we had t finished unpacking by the time the unit was supposed to close. Overall, our experience was great! Both Gavin and Danny’s customer service was second to none, and we found the whole process easy and non-stressful! Just what we needed when everything else around us was very stressful. So, thank you to them!
