Friendly staff, good facilities, highly recommended

I have just came and used this storage facility and i have to say Bianca was very helpful and friendly, the checking in process was very smooth and easy and made my moving process less stressful.they would answer all my calls and questions very fast and just an amazing service overall.

Although my plans fell through, Liam and Bianca were a great help. Brilliant service, will be keeping them in mind for the future

Had an amazing experience setting uo my contract with Bianca, everything was explained clearly and she ws very helpful walking me through the steps.

Had a fantastic service. Liam and Bianca gave 100% accurate advice and tremendous customer service. They made our whole process simple from checking in to moving into our storage room. Didn’t end up needing a storage unit in the end but had the pleasure of receiving Liam’s fantastic customer service over the phone. It was actually lovely to have someone to talk to about my situation who actually understands. Absolutely lovely guy, really appreciative of his support and kindness. If I ever needed storage in the future I would definitely come back :)

Bianca was massively helpful and polite over the phone helping us decide which size of container to choose. We came in today to see the storage container and finalise details and Liam gave us the best customer service we have had in a long time showing us around and helping us complete the sign up process. Fantastic team effort and highly recommend this very personable service.

Bianca walked me through the whole from start to finish both courteously and professionally. Price matching wasn't a problem. Overall an excellent and efficient service. Thanks again.
