I was looking for boxes and Bianca was very helpful.

Didn’t end up needing a storage unit in the end but had the pleasure of receiving Liam’s fantastic customer service over the phone. It was actually lovely to have someone to talk to about my situation who actually understands. Absolutely lovely guy, really appreciative of his support and kindness. If I ever needed storage in the future I would definitely come back :)

Bianca was massively helpful and polite over the phone helping us decide which size of container to choose. We came in today to see the storage container and finalise details and Liam gave us the best customer service we have had in a long time showing us around and helping us complete the sign up process. Fantastic team effort and highly recommend this very personable service.

Bianca walked me through the whole from start to finish both courteously and professionally. Price matching wasn't a problem. Overall an excellent and efficient service. Thanks again.

I had a great experience with Armadillo Storage Dundee. Check in was quick and simple and Bianca guided me through the whole process from start to finish. Even when my movers underestimated the storage we required and deemed the room too small upon arrival, the team were very understanding and co-operative in doing a quick room transfer to a more suitable space without any hassle. Bianca was also a great conversationalist and made the check in feel extra friendly, relaxed and informal which was just what I needed after a long drive. They also offer tea and coffee which was also appreciated. I can whole heartedly recommend Armadillo Dundee for all your storage needs.

Bianca gave us the warmest welcome, we were offered hot drinks as she very thoroughly went through everything in terms of logistics and showing us around. Liam, who was also on reception was equally as lovely. Both were so personable and easy to talk to. The building/units are accessible and easy to navigate as well as feeling really secure
