Everyone has been very helpful and explained things well. My experience so far has been very encouraging.

The property and the units were extremely clean, the security is brilliant and Lloyd (as well as his colleague) is fantastic. he is always super helpful, very polite and well humoured and he went the extra mile to make sure I was looked after. All-in-all, a very friendly face that I am very thankful for!

Excellent customer service (Moshood was so kind and patient explaining everything) Easy access, easy process, trolley super useful and the maze of hallways to allow easy moving around.

Convenient and great value for money. Lloyd was extremely helpful at the reception too. I am now writing just to satisfy the character requirement.

Staff at Ealing very helpful, responsive and flexible. Whilst one of the lifts wasn't working staff tried to address asap and were apologetic.
