Great staff, great service. I lile that the paperwork needed to get a storage is minimal and the trolleys on site are great.

Jade's customer service and customer care was a crucial and welcoming factor. I have experienced some issues which she was happy to resolve with a smile on her face.

I think the additional fees need to be made more clear on the website and from the initial quote. When I arrived, I expected to only pay around £30 due to the website quote. But once I arrived and started the paperwork all these additional fees cropped up and ended up paying £76. I understand what the fees were for (insurance, padlock, weeks deposit) but I think it's misleading to quote someone on the website/over the phone and then pay lots extra that you weren't expecting once you arrive at the store.

I was seen by Ally and Jade. Both of them were amazing, very helpful and friendly. After our initial enquiry we got calls about any updates. All information/instructions was clearly passed to us, in advance. This made it easy to us to make any decisions.

The young lady how delt with us early Saturday morning in Southall was amazing. She was really friendly, professional and brilliant to converse with. The whole process was effortless and not over complicated at all.

I needed a last minute storage unit and was helped by the wonderful Jade. She made the whole process a lot less stressful than I imagined and fully understood what I needed and handled it swiftly, effectively and with a smile on her face!
