Lovely people great help

The moving in process was made very simple with the help of llyod and jade. They explained everything briefly and helped us a lot.

All was made very clear, the rates were good, documents that I need were sent to me in good time, the storage space is ample.

First of Manager available on site & explain everything about storage facility. She actually took us & showed us one by one room & made us more understanding about the size of the room. I believe her name is Jade from Big yellow.

The service in store was phenomenal. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The ability to be able to do everything online prior also meant that the whole experience was significantly less stressful.

Jane was very helpful and accommodating to my situation and couldn't have asked for better service center in a very stressful move and change of plan with my belongings.

Well polite staff very helpful and patient. The original storage size we went for was too big called to downsize and was very straight forward with no issues all went with ease.

The staff and management are very professional and patient when dealing with new customers and understand their requirements fully. No pressure at all; it was a pleasant experience moving into Big Yellow :)
