Staff were personable and professional. Didn't have any problems other than that only one person working on reception which meant I had to wait longer than expected to be seen. Process seemed straightforward.

Initial query and follow-ups were all conducted by competent and (locally) knowledgeable staff - which was great.
All was easy and straightforward apart from finding out that I wasn’t going to pay weekly but in a block of weeks.
Our enquiry was handled by one of the staff in a nice and politely manner, also he was aware of social distancing and covid secure. He showed us the options patiently until we found the one which suits us. We didn't have any stress at all. He also explained and showed us how to use the code to sign in and sign off the building. He was very helpful.
My initial enquiry was done by a lovely lady called Natalie who was very customer centric, answered all my queries clearly and upfront so I knew exactly where I stood and made it easier to understand. Her attitude to customer service is great- more of this please!

From the initial enquiry to actually signing the contract, the assistant manager at the store (Rocky) was extremely helpful and made it very easy to get through the process
