I initially was looking around for quotes at several storage suppliers. When I contacted Big Yellow Ealing, I spoke to Rocky who was extremely friendly and patient. There were other suppliers who provided cheaper rates however I still decided to stick to The Big Yellow due to the excellent service. Upon arrival, Rocky immediately looked after us. We were still indecisive on the storage size we required. However he kindly offered to show us around. This was towards to the end of the day with only thirty minutes before closing time, yet he still remained patient. We eventually decided on our ideal unit and we couldn't have had anyone better to support us. The moving process was extremely easy and as we were running short of time, Rocky kindly offered us the extended hours to prevent any rush. We'd like to thank Rocky again for his excellent customer service.
