Both Rocky and Natalie provided outstanding customer throughout the sales and registration process. The store has been welcoming and feel that my items will be secure throughout my tenure. Thanks Rocky and Natalie
I sent online inquiries and was called back same day by the staff member from big yellow storage. After initial discussions I was provided with out of hour visit and efficient staff made my job easy. I made booking same day. They were flexible with moving dates and staff member was very supportive and helpful.
Online but really helpful
Process was explained very well by Rocky, who exceeded expectations with excellent customer service and empathy during restricted circumstances involving the current pandemic. Rocky ensured my belongings were kept carefully and safely working with the removals company and updating me for peace of mind. thank you rocky
from where Rocky assisted me to decide size and made the paperwork so easy to where Natalie checked me in the experience was a pleasure and very pain free. I feel confident and happy in the security of my goods in store! Thank you Ealing team!
I initially spoke to Rocky to reserve my storage unit, I found him very helpful and he explained everything regarding my rental to me. When I booked in at reception a guy called Jehad, he was also very professional in explaining the different size units to make sure I got the right size for my needs. I am currently going through a break up and these guys made this step very easy for me, I would like to thank them for their help. I would certainly recommend Big Yellow Storage to anyone requiring storage solutions. Mark Brown.
Rocky and Priscilla were great . They gave us great recommendation . Very professional and polite!
Customer service (Taylor) was very helpful, however instore it very chaotic and depending on who you see at the time - the process and the information differs. Also a lot of the units have large pillars in them and this take quite a lot of space up - which you are expecting us to pay for. these should be listed as smaller units.
It was handled very well
Very simple process and very helpful staff, I was served by Natalie and Rocky.
