I was first called by Rocky, whereby he provided me a suitable room size, explained everything very clearly and ensured I understood all the terms and conditions. I was also helped to arrange removals and followed up to check the whole process was going smoothly. I am very impressed for such sterling service.

My initial contact at the Big Yellow in Ealing was incredibly positive. Aside from the warm welcome, everything was answered in a very friendly and professional manner. That moment I knew I found the storage place I was looking for. Rocky took the time to walk through a number of storage rooms until I was satisfied with the right size, location and floor.

I sent online inquiries and was called back same day by the staff member from big yellow storage. After initial discussions I was provided with out of hour visit and efficient staff made my job easy. I made booking same day. They were flexible with moving dates and staff member was very supportive and helpful.
