My initial contact at the Big Yellow in Ealing was incredibly positive. Aside from the warm welcome, everything was answered in a very friendly and professional manner. That moment I knew I found the storage place I was looking for. Rocky took the time to walk through a number of storage rooms until I was satisfied with the right size, location and floor.

I was first called by Rocky, whereby he provided me a suitable room size, explained everything very clearly and ensured I understood all the terms and conditions. I was also helped to arrange removals and followed up to check the whole process was going smoothly. I am very impressed for such sterling service.

well experienced staff Mr Jehad andy his team was great so also the young lad and the girl very helping very energetic to my response. Great service. I wish them good future ahead.
