I sent online inquiries and was called back same day by the staff member from big yellow storage. After initial discussions I was provided with out of hour visit and efficient staff made my job easy. I made booking same day. They were flexible with moving dates and staff member was very supportive and helpful.

I initially spoke to Rocky to reserve my storage unit, I found him very helpful and he explained everything regarding my rental to me. When I booked in at reception a guy called Jehad, he was also very professional in explaining the different size units to make sure I got the right size for my needs.
