Gill, who checked me in, was very personable, charming, warm, friendly, and helpful. She is a credit to BigYellow, and made me feel as if me - and my belongings - were in good hands.

The staff in particular Tracey at Sighthill Edinburgh made our visit easy and her guidance in setting up paperwork etc was outstanding

Really great customer service and explanation of everything involved. Went through everything in great detail and felt very relaxed.

All the staff were really knowledgeable and able to advice us on what size unit would be suitable for us and offered us boxes, covers, a padlock etc
