Have been a long term user of eight years with Big Yellow Edinburgh, in this time Gill,Tracy and the team have always been helpfull and polite, Gill in particular has a great attitude and nothing is to much trouble thanks Colin from RDC.
Jill was extremely helpful and friendly, made the experience very easy and enjoyable.
The girls were absaloutey brilliant , especially gillian , made the experience worthwhile. Also need hearts supporter staff lol was a joke with the girls

Unfortunately didn’t grab his name, but the younger guy at the desk was such a great help! I’ve never used storage before but he walked me through the process and even found me a smaller unit as I didn’t realise how big the one I booked was. Couldn’t have been friendlier and kinder with me. As well as the woman at the front desk was super personable and chatty with me too
The staff are great, everyone was welcoming and helpful. These people are your biggest asset, I hope you pay them accordingly!!
